Max Planck Institutes for Chemistry and for Polymer Research

The MPI for Chemistry and the MPI for Polymer Research jointly have 16 guest apartments available to accommodate short-term guests and new employees from abroad for up to 3 months.

All 16 apartments are located on the 7th floor of the student residence 'K3' and are therefore only a few minutes walk from the institutes.

The apartments are self-catering apartments, i.e. the guests are responsible for the apartments themselves. No catering is provided and the apartments are not cleaned during the stays.

Each apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette, including a stove and refrigerator, so that guests can prepare their own meals according to their wishes.

For cleaning, appropriate cleaning utensils are available in the apartments. Alternatively, cleaning can be ordered by the cleaning staff. The guests have to pay for the costs of these cleanings themselves.
