Single Occupancy

The rent for single occupancy of an apartment is 26, - EUR per night plus 90, - EUR for the cleaning when you move out.

Double Occupancy

If you wish to use the apartment with your spouse or a family member (double occupancy), the rent is 36, - EUR per night plus 90, - EUR for the cleaning when you move out.

Expenses included in the rent

The rent includes any additional expenditures, like electricity, TV, internet. The rent also includes the costs for the final cleaning at the end of your stay as well as fresh towels and linens.

The broadcasting fees for TV and radio are also included in your rent. You don’t have to pay them. After registering with the city, you might receive a request for payment from “ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio”. Please give the information from the letter to Guesthouse Admin. They will give you written confirmation that the fees are already being paid by your MPI.

Please note that you have to pay the broadcasting fees once you move into your own apartment.

Invoices

You will receive the invoice(s) by e-mail.

If you are staying longer than 4 weeks, you will receive the invoices on a monthly basis towards the end of each month.

If you are staying less than 4 weeks, you will receive the invoice about one week before the end of your stay.

The invoices are due with receipt.

Payment can be made via bank transfer with reference to the invoice number or in cash at the reception of MPI for Chemistry.
