The guesthouse has no reception.
The apartment keys have to be picked up at the reception of your MPI.

​Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 12 noon

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.

- Keys have to be picked up at the reception of your MPI
  (-> see also: Reception -> Opening Hours)
- €25 key deposit the key payable in cash upon collection (refunded upon return of keys)
- Keys can be picked from 10 a.m.
- Check-in is possible from 3 p.m.

- Can’t pick up the key yourself?
  -> you may ask someone else to do it for you - just send us a short email with their name

- get in touch with your group/ your group's assistant
- arrange for the key pick-up and handover

- hand in the key to the reception of your MPI directly after moving out
- key deposit will be refunded

- drop the key in the mailbox at the main entrance of your MPI
- collect the key deposit on the last working day before your departure
- ask the reception staff to show you the mailbox, if necessary

1) press the green lock cylinder below the door knob
    -> a yellow light blinks
2) hold the chip in front of the cylinder
    -> a green light blinks; the locking mechanism clicks
3) turn cylinder to the right

- check-out time is 10 a.m.
- for late check-out, please contact Guesthouse Admin
- hand in apartment key to the reception of your MPI (-> see also: Key -> Drop-off)

Please:
- ensure the apartment is left clean and in proper condition. 
- wash the dishes
- dispose of any food leftovers
- take out the trash
