When should I call the emergency service?

Repairs

Repairs
- send an email to Guesthouse Admin
- give consent for the caretaker and/or guesthouse admin to enter the apartment in your absence
- without consent, you have to be present during the day to grant access
Possible defects
​- Lamp defective
- Drain blocked
- Fridge defective
- No electricity/water
- Furniture broken
- No internet
- TV set defective
- Door/window defective or does not close

Other Problems

Locked out

- contact Guesthouse Admin or caretaker team

- outside of business hours, contact emergency services (-> also see: Emergency Services)
- costs: 150 EUR (to be paid by guest)

Lost key

- contact Guesthouse Admin
- if Guesthouse Admin can't be reached, contact the caretaker team
- outside business hours, contact emergency service
- fee for a new key: 10 EUR

TV not working

no channels:

-press "source" on the remote and choose "satellite"
- check that the white SAT cable is plugged in correctly
  -> cable with a rotating thread to be screwed clockwise onto the corresponding connection. 
  -> in the TV set, the cable must be screwed onto the socket 'DVBS'
  -> in the wall it must be screwed onto the topmost of the three connections.
